Amend Flight Date & Time

You can amend your flight date & time if it is processed within the stipulated time frame as stated by the fare rules of your ticket.

In the event that your fare category is not available, you will have to pay the fare differential to access to the next best fare.

For Rex Flex & Rex Biz, these changes can be done at no charge. For all other fare types (Rex Saver, Net, Senior & Child), each change will be charged an admin fee. Currently there is a 66% discount on the admin fee that is being charged at the Customer Contact Centre if amendment is done online.

Cancel Flight for Future Use

All bookings can be cancelled for future use if it is processed within the stipulated time frame as stated by the fare rules of your ticket.

For Rex Flex & Rex Biz, your ticket can be cancelled for future use at no charge but travel must be completed within one year from the original ticket issue date.

For all other fare types (Rex Saver, Net, Senior & Child), each cancellation will be charged an admin fee. Currently there is a 66% discount on the admin fee that is being charged at the Customer Contact Centre if amendment is done online.

Cancel and Refund

This feature is only available for Rex Flex & Rex Biz bookings. Your ticket will be cancelled and the full fare refunded if it is processed within the stipulated time frame as stated by the fare rules of your ticket.

There is an admin fee for Rex Flex & Rex Biz fares to cancel and refund. Currently there is a 66% discount on the admin fee that is being charged at the Customer Contact Centre if amendment is done online successfully.
